Submission Deadline -Dec. 12th,2025 – Must be 13 years old by this date to submit artwork.

Adjudication weekend – Jan. 3rd-4th, 2026

Award Notification – Jan. 9th, 2026

Teacher Drop off dates- Jan. 16th-17th, 2026

Awards Ceremony – Feb. 8th, 2026

Grades 7-10- 10:30 am

Grades 11-12- Noon
