Launch of program year – Sept. 1, 2024

Submission Deadline -DEC. 15-2024 – Must be 13 years old by this date to submit artwork.

Adjudication weekend – Jan 6-7, 2024

Award Notification – Jan 10,2024

Drop off dates- Jan 19-20th 2024

Awards Ceremony – February 11th, 2024

Grades 7-10 – 10:30 AM

Grades 11-12 – NOON

-Exhibit closes at 2:00 pm

– Teacher reception 11-2pm

-Teacher Check out 3:30- 4:30 pm
